How to Choose the Right Watch Size for Your Wrist

There is no single watch diameter that is right for every wrist. Comfort, wrist shape and the look you prefer all matter. Use measurements to narrow the choice, then compare the exact watch and strap.

Measure where you wear the watch

Wrap a flexible tape around your wrist where the watch will sit. Keep it comfortably close, without pulling tight. If you use a strip of paper, mark the overlap and measure it with a ruler. Compare the result with the stated strap or bracelet fit range; a case diameter cannot tell you whether a strap is long enough.

Check more than the diameter

Diameter describes case width. Lug-to-lug length describes the distance across the ends of the case's lugs. Thickness influences how the watch feels and whether it sits comfortably under a cuff. Case shape, bezel width and strap attachments also change the impression.

Compare with a watch you already wear

Measure or find the dimensions of a comfortable watch you own. Use it as a personal reference rather than relying on a universal wrist-size chart. Product photographs show style; their scale on a screen is not a reliable measurement.

Three different proportions in the collection

• Calma: 36 mm case and 42 mm lug-to-lug.
• Baltany chronograph: 39 mm case and 46.2 mm lug-to-lug.
• Roulette: a deliberately substantial 46 mm case.

These are dimensions, not promises of fit. Check the currently selected variant and its full specifications before ordering.

Check the adjustment

A bracelet may need links removed by someone with the right tools. A leather strap needs a comfortable fastening hole and the correct length. If you need extra links, a longer strap or clarification of the adjustment range, ask RoyElite before buying.
