1. Identity and scope

1.1 The online store royelite.com is operated by RoyElite.

1.2 These Terms govern access to and use of the store, as well as every sales contract concluded through it.

2. Acceptance

2.1 Use of the store constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 These Terms are supplemented by the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of them.

3. Conditions of use

3.1 The Customer declares that they have reached the age of eighteen, or the age of majority in their country of residence.

3.2 The store may not be used for any unlawful purpose. The transmission of malicious code, automated data collection, and the circumvention of security measures are prohibited.

4. Products, prices and availability

4.1 Prices are stated in euro and include applicable tax.

4.2 Photographs represent the products as faithfully as possible; colour variations arising from the Customer's display do not constitute a lack of conformity.

4.3 RoyElite may amend prices and the catalogue. No such change affects an order already confirmed.

5. Orders and formation of the contract

5.1 The contract is formed when an order confirmation is sent to the Customer's email address.

5.2 Before finalising the order, the Customer is shown the products, the total price and delivery costs together, and is able to correct any input errors.

5.3 RoyElite may decline an order where stock is exhausted, where there is a manifest pricing error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. In such cases any sums paid are refunded without delay.

6. Payment

6.1 The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6.2 Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form and processed solely by the payment providers. RoyElite does not store card numbers.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery times are stated on each product page and are estimates.

7.2 Risk passes to the Customer upon physical possession of the product by the Customer or by a third party indicated by them.

7.3 Where delivery has not taken place within thirty (30) days, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

8. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

8.1 The fourteen-day right of withdrawal, returns and the legal guarantee of conformity are governed by the Refund Policy.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 The content of the store — text, images, marks and design — belongs to RoyElite or is used under licence.

9.2 Personal use is permitted. Reproduction, modification or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

10. User content

10.1 A Customer who submits a review, photograph or comment grants RoyElite a non-exclusive licence to use it in presenting the store.

10.2 Such content must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe the rights of third parties.

10.3 RoyElite does not remove a review because of a low rating, only for reasons of content.

11. Third-party links

11.1 The store may link to third-party websites, for whose content RoyElite bears no responsibility.

12. Liability

12.1 RoyElite is liable for the conformity of the products and for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12.2 RoyElite is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website arising from maintenance, technical failure or an event of force majeure.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or death, nor any mandatory consumer right.

13. Force majeure

13.1 Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, provided it notifies the other party without delay.

14. Amendment of these Terms

14.1 RoyElite may amend these Terms. Every order is governed by the version in force at the time it was placed.

15. Severability

15.1 The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remainder.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms are governed by Greek law.

16.2 This choice does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Regulation 593/2008, Article 6(2)).

16.3 The consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence, or address the competent consumer protection authority.
